What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Items that you order can be delivered at your door by our personnel only if you are found in Dar es Salaam. We can also ship with a designated independent freight carrier such as inter-regional buses, Air, DHL, Posta (& EMS) and, etc., for our customers outside Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. After an independent freight carrier receives your order, they will contact you to set up a delivery date and time. Make sure you agree with us on your preferred shipping method.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship your order outside Tanzania using DHL freight services, EMS and Buses (for boarder countries only).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends on where you stay. For Dar es Salaam it takes 1-2 days after placing your order. For those out Dar es Salaam it takes 2-4 days. But you can also request for express delivery.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We do accept three kinds of Payment Methods First: Online Payment; where you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, M-PESA, TIGOPESA Second: Direct Bank Deposit, where you are supposed to deposit particular amount into our bank account, and we’ll process the order after the funds have been cleared in our account Third: Cash on Delivery (COD); where you can place an order without payment and you can pay upon receiving your order.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Your credential information are highly protected by end-to-end encryption such that no one can ever by-pass and access them, not even us.

What Currencies Do We Accept?

For now, we only accept payment in Tanzanian Shillings (TShs). If you wish to make payment using currencies other than TShs, kindly contact us first.

How do I place an Order?

Shopping on PhiloMart is quite easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- Click on ‘BUY NOW’, to add this product to your cart,

- Click on ‘CART’ in the top right corner,

-Increment the number of the same item if requires more than one

-Click on ‘CONTINUE’

-Proceed to Check Menu and enter your Shipping/Billing details,

-Choose your preferred payment option,

-Click on ‘Place Order’ to complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. In case you have a doubt about whether the confirmation was done or not, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Call Center at +255 765 920 434 after your order placement.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by following steps  Click on Menu bar  Click on My Orders to see ordered items  Click on ‘CANCEL ORDER’ to cancel your order If your order has already been processed you will not be able to cancel it. It will automatically expire after 7 (seven) days.A customer is responsible to notify to us via +255 765 920 434 if chose Cash in Delivery payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Your account is very important before placing an order, and can also be created automatically when filling checkout details. This will help us to get in touch with you while processing your order and make updates where necessary. However, we do not disclose or sell any of your information to other people, and our system is secured with Strong SSL certificate.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order, check at the bottom of the website, on the “Quick Links" bar, select “Track Order" and follow the instruction by filling the Order ID and your email used when purchasing. You can also contact us for more inquiry.

How Can I Return Item(s)?

To return an item  Call our customer care at +255 765 920 434 to arrange for return  Pack your product according to the return conditions.  If negotiated and agreed a drop-off: Please drop your package at our office located at Kimara Mwisho, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It is important to consider return policy when requires to return an item.
