If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through PhiloMart, contact us for a return authorization. All returned items MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Packages returned unauthorized will be refused.

The item return for a full refund must be those within 7 days from the day of delivery.

The item must be received back to PhiloMart, within 7 days from the delivery date will be refunded for the full cost of the item less original transport charges.

Customer is responsible for packaging and return transport charges.

All personalized jewelry and engraved items are made to order and are a final sale.

To return non-personalized jewelry items, email us at userexperience@philomart.co.tz or call us at +255 765 920 434 for a RMA number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and it is your responsibility to make sure the item is insured for the total cost when returning. Return transport expenses are to be paid by the customer.

PhiloMart is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. All items must be in new, unused and resell-able condition. Exchanges will be credited for the full value of the returned item.

Returns received beyond 7 days from the date of purchase CANNOT be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.

Sale items or articles that have been purchased with a discount CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
